1. Introduction
Welcome to Rankgle. The Platform provides tools to manage your Google Business Profile, collect customer reviews, publish posts, generate QR codes, and analyze local search performance. By creating an account or using any part of the Platform you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
- Each account is intended for a single business or organization unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
3. Google Integration
The Platform connects to your Google Business Profile through official Google APIs. By connecting your Google account you authorize Rankgle to read and, where applicable, write business data on your behalf. You agree to comply with Google’s Terms of Service and the Google Business Profile policies at all times. We do not control Google’s services and are not responsible for changes, downtime, or policy enforcement by Google.
4. AI Features
The Platform offers AI-assisted features such as review reply generation, post creation, and content suggestions. AI output may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before publishing. You remain solely responsible for any content you publish or send to customers through the Platform.
5. Subscription & Billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refunds, where available, are processed at our sole discretion in accordance with the refund terms displayed at checkout.
- Taxes, where applicable, are added at billing time.
6. Prohibited Usage
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or automated abusive traffic.
- Generate, solicit, or publish fake reviews or misleading content.
- Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data.
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Platform without permission.
7. Service Availability
We continuously improve the Platform and may release updates, perform maintenance, or modify features. Temporary downtime may occur. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rankgle shall not be liable for:
- Suspension, suppression, or removal of your listing by Google or any third party.
- Issues caused by third-party APIs, payment providers, or external integrations.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
